Contribution for Puzzlet #100
Kirk Bresniker <kirkb@rose.hp.com>

Dave, I was looking at your puzzlet archive, and I found more solutions (if I correctly understood the problem!) to puzzlet 100 than you list:

11/10*1110=1221 **
11/20*1120=616
12/60*1260=252
12/72*1272=212
13/20*1320=858 **
14/49*1449=414 **
15/45*1545=515
16/40*1640=656
17/50*1750=595
18/40*1840=828
18/50*1850=666
19/38*1938=969
19/76*1976=494
21/45*2145=1001
22/20*2220=2442 **
27/75*2775=999 **
28/98*2898=828
33/30*3330=3663 **
42/90*4290=2002
44/40*4440=4884 **
51/17*5117=15351 **
66/50*6650=8778 **
66/72*6672=6116
87/36*8736=21112 **

Entries marked with a ** are ones you didn't list. Did I miss something? KMB

Kirk is right!  I originally published this Puzzlet some years ago.  It was in QBasic in those days. I just copied the algorithm over and updated the code to IBasic for this web version. Nobody noticed first time around that there was a hole in the algorithm! I've now adjusted the code, and the corrected version appears on the solution page. Thanks, Kirk, for pointing this out.

Dave.
